events. All directions start from Acton/Boxborough. If you're
starting from another point, use Google Maps, Yahoo Driving Directions or Mapquest.
Allston-Brighton Parade
Take Rt. 2 East, then Rt.128 South to Mass. Pike (I-90) East. Take
the Allston-Brighton exit. Proceed west along Cambridge Street until
you come to the Allston Sports Depot on your right. Take left onto
Harvard Avenue and proceed to Brighton Avenue. Take a left onto
Brighton Avenue and continue straight until it merges with
Commonwealth Avenue. Proceed east on Commonwealth Avenue until you
reach Harry Agganis Way on your left (look for the McDonald's and
the B.U. Armory Site). Take a left and reverse direction on
Commonwealth Avenue to Ellis The Rim Man on your right. Parade
officials will await you at Ellis the Rim Man to direct your group
to your assembly location.

Bridgewater-Raynham High School

Take Rt. 2 East to Rt. 128 South onto I-93 North /US-1N. Merge
onto Route 24 South. Take Exit 15 and merge onto Route 104.

Dartmouth High School
555 Bakerville Road, Dartmouth, MA
From Acton or Boxborough, take Rt. 2
East to Rt. 128 South. After I-95 heads south to Providence, you'll be on Rt. 93
N. Take the exit to go to Rt. 24 South. Travel just over 37 miles south on Rt.
24. Take Exit 41E to get on I-195 E. Travel about 7 miles to Exit 12 for Faunce
Corner/N. Dartmouth. Merge onto Faunce Corner Road toward US-6/Dartmouth. Travel
0.9 miles. Take a left onto Rt. 6W (State Road), then turn right onto Tucker
Road. Stay on Tucker Road for 3 miles (past the Hawthorne Country Club on your
right). At the 3-mile mark, Tucker Road turns into Russells Mills Road (which
comes in from the left), and then shortly after that, the road turns to the
right at Macomber Corner, but stay straight on Bakerville Road. DHS is on the
right.

Framingham State College (MICCA Finals)

Take Rt. 27 through Acton, Maynard into Sudbury center. At the lights in Sudbury
center, turn right on Concord Road. Bear right onto Union Ave. Follow it all the
way to the end (Rt.20). Turn right onto Rt.20, then take the first left onto
Nobscott Rd. This becomes Edgell Road in Framingham. Follow Edgell across Rt. 9;
then this turns into Main St. for a short distance and leads into the rotary
with a monument. Union Ave. in Framingham runs from this rotary into Framingham
center. Wayte Ave is just over 1/4 mile from the rotary. Bowditch field is on
the left. It is a big complex with an actual stadium and a sign. Anybody going
there the day of the finals can't miss it - just watch for all the buses and the
numerous bands coming across Union Ave from the practice areas to get to the
field itself.

Take 495S travel approximately 40 miles onto RT-1A. Keep left at
the fork in the ramp. Turn left onto South Street (MA 1A). Bear left
onto Franklin St (MA-140).

Take 495N to the Lowell Connector. Take Exit 5N onto Thorndike
Street. Continue on Thorndike Street past one (usually) blinking
light. After you go under the overpass, squeeze into the right-hand
lane and bear right onto Dutton Street. Continue 4/10 of a mile to
the third set of lights (the end of Dutton Street); Cobblestone's
Restaurant is directly in front of you. Take a 45-degree left onto
Archand Drive. The police station is now on your left. Lowell High
School is to your right. Proceed to the only light and the Ayotte
Parking Garage is directly in front of you.

Take Rt. 2
East to the end (Alewife rotary/lights). Take a left at the
lights and follow Alewife Brook Parkway (Rt. 16) for about 1.4
miles. At the rotary, take the second exit onto the Mystic Valley
Parkway (Rt. 16E) and go about 1.3 miles. Go north on I-93 toward
Lawrence. Take Exit 32 (Rt. 60), enter the rotary, and take the
first exit onto Rt. 60 East/ Salem Street. Follow Rt. 60 E for 3.1
miles. Turn right onto Maplewood Street, which takes you to
99 Crystal Street.

Marshfield High School

Take Rt.2 East to Rt.128/95 South. Stay on Rt.128 when Rt.95 bears
off towards Providence. (Road turns into Rt.93 and Rt.1 North.) Take
Rt.3 South (Exit 7) toward Plymouth and the Cape. Travel south on
Rt. 3 for about 16 miles. Take Exit 12, Rt.139 East toward
Marshfield. Merge onto Rt.139 and travel for 1.5 miles. Turn left
onto Furnace St. After 1/4 mile, turn left onto Forest St.

Methuen (Tenney School), NE Senior District
Auditions
Tenney Grammar School, 75 Pleasant Street: Take Rte. 495N or 495S to
Exit 47 (Rte. 213). Follow Rte. 213 to Exit 3 (Howe St./Pleasant
St.). Take a right at end of off ramp and go thru one set of lights.
Bear right before intersection to a set of lights. This is Pleasant
Street. Tenney is approximately 1/2 mile down road on left-hand
side.

lights, take a left onto Rt.125 / Chickering Road. At the first light, you will

Rt. 2 E. to Rt. 95/128 S. Don't exit toward Providence, but
rather continue on the road, which is now known as Rt. 93N. Take
Exit 7, Rt. 3S toward Cape Cod. After 23 miles, take Exit 10, Rt. 3A
South toward Rt. 53 Kingston. Following Rt. 3A, take a slight right
onto Tremont Street, and then a left onto Summer St. After 0.9
miles, turn right onto Evergreen Street. After 0.6 miles, turn right
onto Pembroke Street (Rt. 27).

Wakefield Memorial High School

From Route 2 East, take Route I-95 North to Exit 39 (North Avenue
towards Melrose / Wakefield). Head away from I-95 on North Avenue
and continue on Nahant Avenue until you see Farm Street. The school
is right across from Farm Street. The field is on the right
up Hemlock Road.

Take Rt.27 through Acton, Maynard, Sudbury and into Wayland
Center. Turn left onto Rt.20 east( Boston Post Rd.) towards Weston.
Follow Rt. 20 to the next set of lights and turn right onto
Wellesley St. Go past Regis College to the intersection of Rt. 30.
Go straight across Rt.30; the entrance to the high school will be on
the left.

Worcester State College

Take 495 S to exit 25B to 290 West. Take Exit 18 (Rt.9). Follow the
signs for Rt.9 West (you'll make a right turn at a light). Rt.9 West
becomes Highland Street at the bottom of the hill. Proceed up the
hill onto Highland Street. While on Highland Street, stay in the
right-hand lane. Stay on Highland Street for 1.5 miles (you'll pass
Elm Park and Doherty High School on the left). At the rotary, bear
left onto June Street (there is a pizza establishment on corner). At
the second light, turn right onto May Street. The main entrance to
the College will be three blocks up on your left.
