Pie and Dessert Sale Orders are Ready for Pickup THIS Saturday
The annual pie and dessert sale student fundraiser orders are IN this weekend!
All pie and dessert sale orders MUST be picked up:
Saturday morning, November 19th, 2011
Between 8:30AM and 10:30AM only
At the west side pool/gym entrance
A limited number of additional desserts will be available for purchase at the pickup site. Payment by cash or check (payable to ABFOM) for these is required at the time of purchase.

Once again it is time for the AB Friends of Music Holiday Pie & Dessert Sale fund raiser—good luck selling! Please keep in mind that the products will be delivered to us frozen and have a shelf life of at least six (6) months if kept frozen. Therefore, suggest to your customers they can order for the holidays and beyond. The Cookie Dough is great for band snacks!
The students will again earn 40% of the total amount they sell. For example, if a student sells $100 worth of products they will earn $40 profit. This profit will be credited automatically to each student’s individual account, to be used for trips, music clothing, uniform purchases, banquet tickets, or other music expenses.
In compliance with the guideline established by the AB School Committee, students are asked to solicit only their family, neighbors, friends, association members and co-workers. THIS IS NOT A DOOR-TO-DOOR SALE.
Important Dates
- Sale starts – Friday Sept. 16th
- Orders and checks due to Mr. Hickey or Ms. Moss – Friday Oct. 14th
- Pick-up date is Saturday November 19, 2011 (the Saturday before Thanksgiving)
How to take an order:

Show your customers the Broadway Cafe and Ovens of Ashley Pie brochures.

Write sales on the back of the brochures with customer’s contact information.

Take payment at time of order. No cash – Checks only – made out to ABFOM.

Tell the customer that you will deliver orders back to them on Saturday Nov. 19th. Remember that the pies must remain frozen. You will need to have adequate freezer space to hold your pies if you cannot deliver them all on Saturday morning Nov. 19th.
How to complete your orders and hand them in:

Fill in your name and phone number on the front and back of the envelope the brochures came in. The other information is not needed.

Transfer the total number of each item needed to the correct box on the composite sheet on the envelope (summary order sheet). Calculate the total money collected for each item and write that in the correct box on the envelope. Please double check all addition and multiplication and write in the totals on the bottom where listed.

Make a copy of the composite sheet (on the front of the envelope). You will need this for your own records if questions arise.

Hand in only the completed envelope and checks by Friday, October 14th to Ms. Moss or Mr. Hickey. Keep the copy and the brochures for yourself.
Checks are to be made payable to ABFOM or AB Friends of Music. No Cash – Checks ONLY.
