ABRHS Music Students are Selling Poinsettias!
Purchase your 2008 poinsettia from your favorite ABRHS Chorus or Band member! Just $19 with a choice of Red, White or Pink! For each plant sold, $7 goes into the seller's student account!
Poinsettias make great gifts for coworkers or neighbors, are instant holiday decorations for home or office and for those who will be traveling during the holidays. If you prefer to donate a pointsettia, Friends of Music will arrange to have them delivered to a local nursing home to brighten someone else's holiday!
Dates to Remember
- Saturday, November 15 - Community Day! Students will take orders for plants in front of local stores from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Students may sign-up for a slot in the band and chorus rooms.
- November 19th - Order forms due
- December 6th - Pick up plants in the Band room 8:30 - 10:30 am, and deliver them to the people on your list.

FAQ:
Q. Who should the checks be made payable to for the Poinsettia sale?
A. Either to ABFOM directly; or have people make checks payable to you and send in
one lump sum check from your account payable to ABFOM, to cover your whole order
(this option would make our counting job easier).
Q. Who will deliver my orders of Poinsettias on December 6th?
A. You are expected to pick up your orders between 8:30 and 10:30 am on the 6th, and deliver these plants to your customers.
Q. I work/have commitments on Saturdays and I may not be able to pick up my order at that time. What should I do?
A. These orders must be picked up and cleared from the Band Room on Dec 6th morning. This is the only time we have available for this space. We cannot keep orders or store them for you. It is your responsibility to arrange with someone ahead of time, to get your order, and to get these plants to your customers. Please make sure that the dedicated volunteers are not kept waiting around.
