Guard Information for MICCA
Hi Gang,
A few IMPORTANT reminders about Sunday.
Please make sure you read the schedule on the ABFOM web site.
1. Make sure you are on the field by 10.
2. Bring your lunch
3. Remember all of your uniform parts including jacket and black socks. Check the weather to see if you need long underwear.
4. No jewelry (including studs) unless it can be completely hidden.
5. Hair in neat buns. Bring stuff to put it up with if you have it.
6. Remove nail polish
7. SMILE, you look great and we know you are secretly having a fun time!
Not related to Sunday but still important... if you are not going to be at a game/show or you are going to be late, you need to let Jeremy and Mr. Hickey know. Telling your friend is not enough. This will count as unexcused absences if they do not know and we will spend time wondering where you are and waiting for you.

Important Color Guard Information

Hi Girls,
Band Camp is just a few days away, I hope your all getting psyched!!!
As you know. you are getting new uniforms this year. The tops are in and the leotards will be soon. During band camp, your jazz pants will be hemmed and your uniforms will be assigned. The new leotards were custom made for us and will be yours to keep. The price for the leotard is $50.00. This is a bit more than we expected so please let Jeremy know if this is a problem for you. Most of you are returning member so you should not need to purchase anything else unless you need new gloves or shoes.
If you are a new member, you will also need to purchase shoes, gloves and a garment bag which will be approx. $50.00.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Before band camp: Wash your blue outfit and your headband and raincoat. (Remember to line dry the raincoat).
On TUESDAY of camp, bring your complete garment bag with all of your clean pieces (including shoes and gloves) to the guard area (usually the conference room behind the cafe). I will be collecting your blues and inspecting the coat/headband/gloves for the new season.
Bring your check for $50.00 made out to "ABFOM"
If you are new or need other items, you may leave the amount blank and we will fill in the total or you can bring it in the next day once we know what you need.
YOUR NEW UNIFORM WILL NOT BE ISSUED UNTIL WE HAVE YOUR PAYMENT AND YOUR OLD UNIFORM SO PLEASE DON'T MAKE US CHASE YOU DOWN!
I will not be at camp during the day on Monday. I will be there from Tuesday morning until the end of the week for any questions.
